Established as the Maryland Medical Dispensary Association, we have proudly served the medical cannabis community, ensuring quality, safety, and education. With Maryland's recent landmark decision to introduce adult-use cannabis, we're broadening our horizons and are now the Maryland Dispensary Association (MDDA). We stand as the unified voice for both medical and adult-use cannabis dispensaries, striving to elevate the industry to new heights.

Mentorship Program
Having a mentor is one of the key strategies to success. Sign up to get paired with a current dispensary owner and learn what it takes to succeed from others in the business. This program will offer both hands-on dispensary experience and valuable classroom time with industry professionals. Aside from a one-on-one professional mentoring relationship, you will also network with a diverse group of cannabis professionals.
